1) JANUARY 2024: Heidi’s musical short film, “Millicent & Me and The Apple Tree” WINS a CRITICS CHOICE AWARD, as the “MIGHTY MOVIE HEART WARMER” Award by the Mightier Than the Sword Film Festival & Awards, in Asheboro NC.! What a Wonderful film festival to start the New Year off with! & great Film Festival director, behind it all, Ty Bru.

-The NICKELODEON SHOW Heidi did several voices for last year, “ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS”, is finally airing its first episode on Feb. 12th! YAY!!! Heidi’s first episode also drops on Feb. 16th! So, definitely mark your calendars in order to see it!!

4) FEBRUARY 2024 - Heidi’s Nickelodeon episode of the animated series, “ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS” is still being shown to audiences on National TV, if you look up under your local Nickelodeon channels; under “On Demand”! The Episode name is: “The Arctic”/Prank Wars”!!
5) MARCH/APRIL 2024 - Heidi has just returned from shooting the FABULOUS part of Sister Martha in the 1930’s feature film “Antonio’s Road”, written/directed/produced by award-winning Donna DiGiuseppe!
It’s a wonderful film that takes place in NYC & is a multi-generational story about the Irish & Italian immigrants that came to America, back then. This was shot in the famous Herbnia Bank building in San Francisco, which doubled for Ellis Island, & Sister Martha’s NYC convent!

•This is our SPRING INTO SUMMER story, & it’s a very special one in store for you all! 💥
•This story brings together Pandy the Giant Panda, and Cali the California Condor, after Cali tells Pandy about the plight of her species, and that there are so few of her kind left. 😢.. BUT...
✨They vow to work together to bring better awareness to humans about these two endangered species, and how we (as humans) can protect them in the future. 🌱🐼🕊 🌿 This tale explains and educates everyone, (esp. children) on how we can build sanctuaries, to keep these and other animals, safe. 🌈
💥This story was inspired by the company known as "OurFren", which created "Plushies of Endangered Species" (plush stuffed animal toys, like the Giant Panda🐼 and the California Condor🕊). ✨Their conservation efforts are to bring back magical forests 🌳and mystical jungles 🌴undisturbed by human interference.

7) JUNE 2024 - Read a Fabulous part in the heart-wrenching & moving script “Man’s Best Friend” by Art Wassem, at the Industry community group, We Make Movies. Lovely part, poignant & meaningful script!
8) JUNE 2024 - Heidi plays the female Sherlock Holmes in John R. Christopher’s script reading & Pre-production for the film, with a wonderful cast, including Jared Boghosian, as the Watson of the script. Stay tuned for when this feature will start filming its amazing original storyline!
9) JULY 2024 - Heidi’s produced short film, “Millicent & Me and The Apple Tree” is an Official Selection in NY’s “Voices Rising Film Festival”, which will be taking place in October 2024, in Paching, Long Island, NY.

10) AUGUST 2024 - Heidi records several roles in the Podcast “Last Days”, written by Chad Kukahiko, & produced by both Chad & Jared Boghosian.

11) SEPTEMBER 2024 - Heidi is in Bron Theron’s Double-Feature screening of the supernatural feature films, “Half Dead Fred” (as the female lead, with Corin Nemec & Jason London), & Bron’s most recent thriller film, “Pancake Man”.
The screening was at the prestigious Um Theatre in Flint, Michigan, and showed to a packed house!
“Half Dead Fred” is now available both on Amazon Prime & most recently started showing on Tubi!

•The new video is called: “CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE🍲🍲! by Maurice Sendak -LIVE-READ w/Heidi & Millicent
•This is our FALL story, & it’s a very special one in store for you all! 💥
•This story is written by Maurice Sendak, and he is most known for his classic children's book "WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE", written in 1963.
•This mini-story book is called "CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE", and is one of many of Sendak's mini-stories from an original compilation of 2 books, "The Sign from Rosie's Door" (in 1960), & "The Nutshell Library" (in 1962).
✨So, in "CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE", the lead, who's a young boy in this story, LOVES chicken soup SO much, he makes it during all seasons, & he shows us for each month of the year, HOW exactly he celebrates his Chicken Soup, and with whom! For each month of the year, he shares his escapades with his beloved CHICKEN SOUP!
✨Millicent has a FANTASTIC time learning all about the little boy's adventures, & Heidi makes sure to give all kinds of history about how this story came about!!!😁😁🍲🍲!! ✨To continue, Sendak also wrote & published this mini-story, as part of another book called "REALLY ROSIE" in 1975,
✨Sendak next wrote & directed an animated TV movie called "REALLY ROSIE" in 1975 as well, & singer/songwriter, Carole King composed & performed the music for the TV special. ✨Lastly, then Sendak & Carole King wrote the musical of the same name, & it played on Broadway in 1980. The musical was based on Sendak's books and the animated TV special.
✨So, Sendak based the story of "REALLY ROSIE" on a young girl he observed while growing up in Brooklyn, NY. 13) OCTOBER 2024 - Heidi’s award-winning short film, “Millicent & Me and The Apple Tree”, is screening at the “Voices Rising Film Festival” on October 15th, and the festival runs from Oct. 15th, through the 20th, at the BayWay Art Center in East Islip, Long Island, NY.
14) OCTOBER 2024 - Heidi is a part of the cast of the famous Mystic Society’s ‘Boney Island’ exhibit & show at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles! It’s a wonderful interactive event that takes place for the full month of October to celebrate all the fun, wonder & magic of Halloween!
The amazing creators, Rick Polizzi, & Rex Danyluk, have been doing this for over 20 years, & for the past 2 yrs., it’s been taking place at the Natural History Museum’s Garden where they transform the whole garden into a beautiful (& also at times, scary) lLight Show…)
Although I can’t say exactly what I was doing, (or it would ruin the illusion of some of the most AMAZING magical dinosaurs, puppets, skeletons, robots, animatronics of all kind; the most awesome magical acts - w/magicians from the Magic Castle, & a water show with singing pumpkins & a skeleton MC), & so many other booths & installations, w/ FUN all around! - All fabulous things & humorous magic to see…
Thanks to Rick & Rex, Carla Polizzi & Marlan Clarke for the opportunity for Heidi to be a part of the fantastic World of ‘Boney Island’ this year!! She also thanks all the wonderful Boney Island peeps, & wizards behind the scenes! = Such a terrific group of ARTISTS all around!!
15) NOVEMBER 2024 - Heidi supports fellow We Make Movies alum, Zack Van Eyke’s screening of his feature film, “Hitchhiker Effect” at this year’s We Make Movies International Film Festival, which was shot in Virginia.
Fellow WMMers, Michael Beardsley, (who also produced), Allyson Sereboff, (also assoc. produced) & John Bigham were also in the cast. Super job everyone!
It was wonderful to see the film as a finished project, since Heidi was involved in the reading of the script, a few years back!
16) NOVEMBER 2024 - Heidi shoots a part in a music video about the destiny of love & relationships.
The song is “Look Around” by the Dave Hill Group. It’s directed, produced & edited by Lisa Robert & was shot at the Grove. It has a beautiful message about how the longing for love is real, in this day & age.
17). NOVEMBER 2024 - Heidi was a part of another music video, but this time, it was a totally different theme! This was a music video of a song by the DJ/Musician/Singer, “Datgirl” Serene! The song is called “Not So Easy To Scare”, dir. by Robert DiTillio; & is a spin-off of the feature film, “Easy To Scare” that was screened last year at the WMM International Film Festival, written/dir. by Robert DiTillio.
This music video is an accompanying piece to the film, highlighting Datgirl’s song, and Heidi played a fortune teller that tells Datgirl her future. This was an extraordinary event & video shoot, & can’t wait to see it as a finished piece! This had FAB special effects, lighting, cast & crew!! Great job!
18) DECEMBER 2024 - Heidi shoots the next “Adventures with Millicent” - which is a Christmas themed video for her channel & show on YouTube called, “Read To Me, Heidi”. The producers of the show, Alter New Media, had a FAB time showing Heidi & Millicent around Downtown, & all around the Christmas Market!
Definitely Look for this next Video! We will. post on here, when it this next video is up & ready for viewing!! It’s on its way!!
